Arrival in Athens – Procedure to follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon your arrival in Athens (airport El. Venizelos) you may get the metro (Line 3) and on Syntagma station take metro Line 2 to Metaqxourghio. The meeting place for all athletes is in front of of Stanley Hotel, Karaiskaki Square (metro station Metaxourghio), on Thursday, May 20, at 15:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15:00<\/strong> Meeting Point of athletes in front of Stanley Hotel, Karaiskaki Square (metro stop Metaxourghio) – Athens center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15:30<\/strong> Departure from Athens to the hotel KALAMAKI BEACH cat. De lux, 5km from Isthia in Corinth 85km from Athens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

17:00<\/strong> Arrival at the hotel. Registration of athletes – Check in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18:00<\/strong> Briefing – English – French<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19:00<\/strong> Control of medical reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20:00<\/strong> Dinner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday, May 19 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

07:30 – 09:00<\/strong> Breakfast – deposit of personal items to boxes for delivery at the Check Points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11:30<\/strong> Lunch<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:45<\/strong> Departure for Ancient Nemea (40km)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13:45<\/strong> Ceremony at the Ancient Stadium of Nemea<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14:20<\/strong> lining up in front of the start line<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14:30<\/strong> BEGINNING OF THE RACE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saturday, May 20 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

08:00 – 18:30<\/strong> Finishing of Race in front of the NW entrance of the Ancient Stadium of Olympia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Continuous transfers of athletes to hotel EUROPA, cat de lux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20:30<\/strong> Award Ceremony at the hotel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

21:30<\/strong> Dinner<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sunday, May 21 2023<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

07:30 – 10:00<\/strong> Breakfast<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10:30 – 12:00<\/strong> Guided tour at the Olympia Archaelogical site and Museum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12:30 – 15:00<\/strong> Lunch at the hotel EUROPA<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15:30 <\/strong>Departure – Two (2) busses leave from Olympia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • One (1) bus goes to Nemea<\/strong> at 15:30<\/strong> for the feast. In the feast there is Greek traditional music, dance, local food and excellent local wine. In the end all athletes receive souvenir bag with local products. We leave after the event at 22:30<\/strong> and with a stopover in Kalamaki Beach Hotel will arrive in Athens 2,5<\/strong> hours later .<\/li>
  • One (1) bus goes straight to Athens at<\/strong> 15:30 <\/strong>and arrives about 19:30<\/strong> in the center of Athens.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    a. The program of Thursday 24th June, 2021 is not attended by the Greek athletes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
